How long will my order take to arrive?

What if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you may send it back to us within 14 business days from the day it was received, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If your item arrived damaged in transit, please contact us at wildwise@gmail.com within 3 business days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If the item is faulty, reach out to us so we can assist you — processing times may vary depending on the product.
